Passive Coolboxes & Bags

Passive Cool-boxes and Bags use insulation to keep foods cold. You will generally then use ice-packs or Ice to help improve the performance.

They have greatly varying performance levels dependant on the makes and model.  We have noticed a big increase in sales of Extreme Cool-boxes that will keep Ice for 4 to 5 days. This is since supermarkets now sell bags of ice. You fill the cool-box with your food, and we recommend  putting your food in plastic containers and then surrounding it and filling the cool-box with ice. You then drain off any melt water once a day using the valve on the bottom of the ice box.
