Our Opinion:- 

A compact Double Burner & Grill stove from one of the most respected names in camping stoves, that runs of disposable Campingaz CV+ gas cartridges. Meaning you do not need to buy an expensive refillable Gas Cylinder. A New, Full Campingaz R904 or R907 is likely to cost you around £80 to £100 and a refill alone if you have a cylinder is around £40.00. There is also a major shortage of Gas cylinders, so non availability is an issue this year. This is why we are finding a big demand for stoves and grills that operate off disposable gas Cartridges.

Generally, we are not fans of stoves and grills that operate direct from a gas cartridge. These are known as high pressure stoves, due to the gas cartridge being connected direct to the stove. The problem with these is the pressure drops off significantly, so when there is still liquid gas in the cartridge, the pressure drop off will result in a weak, inefficient flame, resulting in you having to change the cartridge before it is empty. The Campingaz Camping Chef Folding CV uses a special regulator that connects to Campingaz CV+ Cartridges, so it therefore works the same way as a standard low-pressure stove, regulating the pressure out of the gas cartridge, resulting in a consistent flame as the cartridge empties, so you can use all the gas in the cartridge. It is also safer, as the connection from the Gas cartridge to the Stove is low pressure.

There are lots of Stoves that look similar from several manufacturers. But the Campingaz brand will mean this is a better-quality stove.

 The Campingaz Camping Chef Folding CV is the long-awaited replacement for the old Camping Chef and is a big improvement. The Biggest problem with the OLD Camping Chef was the grill, which was basically totally useless, with the Pan being too far away from the flame to make it efficient. The NEW Campingaz Camping Chef Folding CV has a much better grill as the grill pan is closer to the grill flame. It is easy folding to become a convenient carry case. Campingaz design their own burners, so their cookers are always much more efficient than other manufacturers.
