Coleman 360 Sound & Light LED Lantern

Our Opinion:-

 As will all Coleman Lights this is an extremely well make Lantern. Powered by a built in rechargeable Lithium Ion battery. Recharging is by the common USB standard plug, with the charging lead supplied but no Charger. This now seems to be the norm with most manufacturers not including a charger due to the wide spread availability of USB chargers.  It has a 400 Lumen light output, with 3 light settings Low-400 Lumen, Med -175 Lumen, High - 400Lumen. With a claimed battery life of 7 hrs on High and 40 Hrs on Low. Another useful feature is the ability to charge your phone or other USB charged appliances by simply plugging into the lanterns USB socket.

The rechargeable Lithium Ion battery will not suffer the memory effect of older NiCd and NiMH rechargeable batteries which tended to be unreliable as once left discharged would not recharge fully if at all, not very good on a camping type accessory you would only use occasionally. Lithium Ion batteries do not have this problem and the batteries tend to stay charged for longer.

The Big feature of the 360 Sound & Light lantern is as the name suggests it is a portable Bluetooth Speaker. We found pairing to Bluetooth very easy. The sound quality is very good due to the lanterns build quality. As with most Bluetooth speakers of this type the + & - buttons select the next or previous tracks and are not to adjust volume which is done on your phone or Bluetooth source, this is not an issue with this speaker we have found most Bluetooth speakers of this type are the same.

Well Made Rechargeable Lantern with a good quality LED's giving a 360 degree light, built in Bluetooth speaker has a nice sound and you can recharge your phone.
