Our Opinion:-

 The Campstar range of tents come compete with footprint groundsheets and tent carpets an offer good value for money while still providing the features you need for an enjoyable holiday in a tent from one of the UK’s top manufacturer of tents & awnings.

 The Campstar range feature a 120HDE polyester flysheet giving the tent a 3000mm Hydrostatic head. This helps reduce weight and cost but is still a good quality fabric It makes no difference to how weatherproof the tent is.

  The Campstar range still feature the latest Outdoor Revolution Air Frame Technology that makes Outdoor Revolution air tents the quickest and easiest tents to pitch. The valve used is taken from the marine industry and used on inflatable kayaks and boats. It is a high-pressure valve with a simple central plunger, you simply press the valve to deflate and press again to return the valve to the inflate position. Most inflatable tents on the market use the low-pressure Boston valve which has a screw in valve, that you remove to deflate. These tend to leak as the plastic threads wear or they get cross threaded The Campstar range doe’s does not feature the Intelligent Frame Relief Valve found on the more expensive Airedale and Ozone range of tents from Outdoor Revolution.

  . There are big clear PVC windows with toggle up blinds for privacy. There is also a large mesh window to the side with a zip up PVC window and toggle up privacy curtain to help increase ventilation. Outdoor Revolution is very good and ensuring good ventilation to help minimise condensation. As is usual in most tents today the Bedrooms feature a darkened fabric to keep the light out longer in the morning.
