PLEASE NOTE- Under our standard shipping costs we only ship to the UK, Republic of Ireland & Isles of Scilly for all other countries please email to enquire if we can ship to your location & Shipping Quote.
Our aim is to dispatch all orders received by 2pm on the same day. (Monday to Friday). We use several couriers and most orders will be sent using a 24Hr service. We us UPS Standard 24hr service for most orders
If any items are out of stock we will contact you within 24 hrs to advise a delivery date and give you the option of cancelling or changing your order.
Once your order has been dispatched we will contact you advising the shipping method used and if applicable a tracking No.
We use Paypal to process credit/debit card payments. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by this method and can be assured your Credit Card details are secure.
Before entering your card details you will directed to PayPal’s Secure Server -Alway check that you are on a secure server before entering your credit card details by looking out for a padlock on your web browser and that the site URL starts with the letters ' https:// '.

U.K Delivery Charges
For Mainland UK Postcodes (Zone 1 below), We offer free delivery on orders of £175 and over, but unfortunately due to ever increasing carriage charges we now have to charge £6.50 for delivery on orders under this amount.
Deliveries to Postcodes in Zone 2 and 3 are calculated at Check out and not eligible for Free Carriage

England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3
- Zone 2
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
- Zone 3
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25
Carriage to Republic of Ireland, Isles of Scilly
Are calculated at Check out and not eligible for Free Carriage.

Important Note regarding Shipping
Please remember that the courier is responsible for damage caused in transit and it is your responsibility to check your order before signing, especially if the packaging is damaged. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused in transit.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less shipping and packaging.
To enable us to process your refund efficiently you must advise us before returning your Items and receive a return Authorisation.

Please remember to enclose your Order/Invoice No. with all returns and in the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault
It is your reasonability to wrap the item securely (in our original packaging if Possible) Please remember to enclose all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Who Pays for Return Postage?
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items back to us. We recommend returning goods via Royal Mail recorded services, or for heavier Items use a signed for Delivery/Courier service.
For faulty Items - If upon Inspection the product is deemed faulty we will refund your return Postage/Carriage costs (Excludes International Returns)
Return of Free Delivery Orders:
Please Note In the case of a free delivery order being returned to us for a refund for any reason other than faulty items, £7.50 will be deducted from the total amount refunded to cover our shipping costs.
For part orders returned for a refund a £3.50 delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that for international Orders you will be responsible for the cost of returning any item including Faulty Items ( if after Inspection the Item is deemed Faulty we will contribute a Maximum of £7.50 towards your return carriage costs).
Tent & Awning Returns:
Please Note Once a Tent or Awning is erected it is no longer considered to be in a perfect resalable condition. Most manufacturers give a 1 year’s guarantee (Unless otherwise stated) against manufacturing faults only on all new Tents & Awnings.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover damage to the tent or Awning, its poles or any other components that have been caused by:
* Stormy or windy conditions
* Wear & tear
All Manufacturers regard damage to Poles as Fair Wear & Tear and therefore these are NOT covered by the Manufacturers Guarantee.
We therefore recommend you insure your Camping Equipment against Accidental damage.
If you believe your tent or Awning has a manufacturing fault then please contact us via email, phone or Fax with pictures/details of the fault.
In the event that you need to return your tent or Awning, please be aware that:-
- We cannot accept Tents or Awnings if they are Wet or Excessively Dirty
- We reserve the right to return the Tent or awning to the manufacturer for Inspection
